I don't do reviews much but this is an exception. Flowers were delivered in schedule even tho I did order online. Barbara was very courteous and professional. She went out of her way to call me in Saskatchewan to let me know my ccard pin was incorrect, then she asked me to wait for a minute, then she got it all sorted out. Highly recommended. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Barbara for all your help.

Thank you for the floral arrangement I received as a gift from my son and family. The flowers are beautiful and have lasted to April 10 and still looking good. I did have a little allergy to the pollen of the Lily. As soon as I realized the pollen was present, I gave only the Lily to a neighbor who had no trouble with it. My son suggested that for future it may be recommended to simply remove the tiny pollen bearing structures as the Lily opens. Then may be no need to remove the Lily bloom which is very beautiful. I was pleased that the florist phoned to make sure I was home before sending over my flowers. The delivery man was friendly and helpful. It would have been better to have care instructions included with the flowers - I knew there was an email from the florist shop but was busy and didn't open it until 3 days later; alsom because it just said 'we want your feedback' and didn't say 'care instructions for your flowers'. It's a unique vase and unique arrangement. The chocolates included in the order are SO good. :-)

The flowers I received as a gift were beautiful and fresh. Because of some mix up about the purchase by my daughter, I was called the next day by the owner and she personally brought me an extra bouquet and an upgrade in the chocolates that had been ordered.
